Lisa spends almost the whole day trying to get her lover ,Laurent ,on the telephone,whining and moaning .His daughter, who has fallen for a graybeard, wants to make him jealous,so she asks her dad to act as her boyfriend and to take her to a trendy nightclub .While waiting for her lover,Lina finds consolation with her neighbor , Mireille, and her gynecologist husband ,Michou ,who saves the deserted mistress from "suicide".
