Vlasta Burian
Vlasta Burian, real name Josef Vlastimil Burian (9. April 1891, Liberec — 31. January 1962, Prague), known jakoKrál comics, was a Czech theatrical actor, director, singer, theatre director, athlete, businessman, film actor,writer, mime and impersonator, who thanks to his unbridled živelnosti and the need to be everywhere first worked out among the real stars of the Czech film and theater. He was one of the most popular actors in the first republic, after the war, however, was wrongly accused of collaboration. Even though his popularity continues to this day, as evidenced by the victory in the poll for the "King of comedy" and frequent television reruns of his films.
