Viktor Migulko
Soviet and Ukrainian artist. Honored artist of Ukraine (1978). People. in 1924 in the village gubnik ruled Vinnytsia region in a family of the railwayman. He graduated from the painting Department of the Odessa state art school (1947) and the art Department of the all-Union state Institute of cinematography (1953).
