Underwater Guest (1995)
This film is an attempt to look at some truly Russian talented people that could not and now cannot find care in their homeland. Their talent died before its time or find itself abroad. This film is a bitter cell, attempt of storytelling. It is not one more film about the period of "stagnation", when all progressive movements veer impossible because of political realities. This film is about current destine of many Russian artists that cannot find themselves in Russia because of economical crisis and bureaucratic barriers.
