Under the eternal Athenian sky, amid the city's busy inhabitants, a seemingly ordinary wheel manages, somehow, to break free of the front axle's tight grasp. With its newly found liberty, the runaway car wheel zooms off in the bright summer day, happily bouncing up and down on the scorching black tarmac. But, now that the small-scale rebellion has begun, there's no turning back--and as the merry wheel meanders through colourful, mid-1960s Athens--the delicate and fleeting illusion of freedom can only mean one thing: nothing is certain but death and taxes.
