Iraklis, a lower-ranking employee with a heart of gold, unexpectedly inherits a building inhabited by irresponsible, troubling, and ungrateful tenants. As a result, Iraklis' meek disposition stands in the way of happiness because, no matter how hard he tries, the soft landlord seems unable to collect any payments, let alone demand an increase in the rents. However, things will take an unexpected turn when brilliant lawyer Aleka Palli enters the picture with an unusual and radical proposal: to survive, Iraklis needs to pose as a tough guy. Now, there is no turning back. Will the kind roughneck-in-the-making manage to get things going?
