This is an 18-chapter film serial featuring a suffrage-era New Woman-type heroine briefly popular a few years prior and undergoing a revival at the time due to the first World War. Billie is a female cowboy on the edges of the American frontier during the last decades of the 19th century. She shoots it out with a series of threatening characters; from the bandit Vulture to gentleman thieves, Billie rules the day. This is considered a lost film.
