A young woman (Cleo Boman) walks through a village to a train station. The station is deserted and she waits nerviously. Whilst waiting she is startled by an intercity train thundering past. And still she waits, adjusting her make-up and pacing the platform. Then the train she has come to meet squeals to a stop. A man leans out of the passenger door and she passionately greets him (John Stokes), kissing him with vigour. As the train gears up to leave it is revealed that he is in hand-cuffs. They part as the train moves off, and the woman makes her way out of the station and back through the village...
