Thanassis Koukouras, the tireless owner of a traditional coffee shop and a grizzled paterfamilias, has always had--and always will have--the intense and passionate yearning of becoming a respectable and impartial judge. However, as fate would have it, Thanassis is stuck in a passionless career which has only one benefit: he gets to be the magistrate in his very own court of law.
