Mr. Wrangler is back for revenge after getting banned from the race track for cheating last year. He concocts a plan to sabotage the podium so it collapses when the winners get on it. A salesman arrives at Raceopolis with a Super new tonic that will cure your aliments and make you feel like a kid again. Mr. V8 drinks the tonic and feels brand new. Tony and Combo find out that the tonic is highly dangerous. Will Tony and Combo find Mr. V8 in time to stop him from taking anymore of the deadly tonic?
