The Demons Beneath (1998)
A young man discovers a box in a cave. Within said box, he finds something that he shouldn't have touched--a demon possessed object. The demon soon possesses his hand. Despite some resistance, he soon becomes full-fledged demon/zombie. It kills several others who all become zombies as well. Does he have any chance at recovery?
