Savam is produced in the banner of Travancore Films, Cochin. It's an independent art film.Thomas ittikkora is dead, and his family, friends and his church members are gathered for the funeral. It's a very different approach to the cinematography and story telling.. Sartre dark comedy film.. First time in india/Malayalam industry, this of movie making is experimented. Camera is smart and direction is brilliant. Director is too much honest with cast and story. No fantasy and imaginations. After watching this movie, we go out with a feeling of just visited a home before funeral of a dead family or friend..
