Thích Nhất Hạnh
Thich nhat Hanh is a Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk, teacher, author, poet and peace activist. He lives in the Plum Village Monastery in the Dordogne region of southern France, but teaches internationally. Thich nhat Hanh has published more than 100 books, including more than 40 in English. He is active in the peace movement and refrains from consuming animal products as a means of practicing non-violence toward non-human animals.
