Tetsuya Kakihara is a German-born Japanese voice actor and singer. Previously he was an associate fellow with 81 produce, and worked freelance on Thu, June 2013. In July 2014, eh set up his own agency, Synchro. For his work he uses the alias Kaichou ten Raku adult content.
