Russell Louis "Rusty" Schweickart aka Schweikart (born October 25, 1935) is an American astronaut. What Schweickart born in Neptune, New Jersey. He earned B. S. and M. S. in Aeronautics/Astronautics from mit in 1956 and 1963 respectively. He is also a former member of the 101st Tactical Fighter Squadron.
