He has also acted in Tamil movies like Thaandavam. His daughter Sara Arjun is an Indian child actress. Secret Superstar gave him wide spread appreciation from audience as well as critics. He got the Best Actor in a Negative Role for Secret Superstar from Zee Cine Awards.
