Paulo Scott

Based in Rio de Janeiro since 2008, Paul Scott, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the catholic pontifical university of Rio Grande do Sul and a Master degree in Public Law from the UNIVERSITY. His book, classic short Stories, to tame the passions of the angels, and to alleviate the suffering of the monster, it was established in 2001 under the name of the Elrodris.
