Akane Kawasaki, known for her aversion to physical contact with men, possesses some unfavorable habits such as stealing. Despite these flaws, she garners popularity in the slums due to her compassionate care for children. In an attempt to secure a stable future for their child, she enters into marriage with Tsutomu Yamazaki, who struggles with a stutter.
