Canadian writer/director/editor Bam Bourdeau D'Hui plunges into his dark side with the short controversial drama/horror, 'Nature's Grasp.' Jaden Finis (Austin Williams) finds himself questioning his nature after his fiancé's best friend, Liv Enns (Nicole Friesen), tells him she's pregnant with his baby following their night of seemingly unintended sex. Things may not be as straightforward as that for Jaden, as we watch Liv ritualize the wake of Jaden's melancholy. In this nerve-racking and tragic tale, we follow Jaden and Liv as they fight through three days of personal struggle; barrelling toward a jaw-dropping conclusion, because in the case of one of them, they hold a dark secret that will ultimately change everything.
