Melusine (2014)
A young woman protests against the time she lives in by not living up to it. Melusine refuses to become an adult. If anything goes, nothing ever happens. That is true for today as much as for this film. Protest can only happen in a counter world. Melusine creates a better world for her own. Here, her companions are the animals, jumping jellies and magical strangers. Sometimes, she dances a pas de deux with a poodle. If anything goes, even poodles are politics.
