Accomplished, with a loving and supportive wife on his side and two grown-up children, Marios, a 53-year-old self-made businessman, seems to really have it all. As a matter of fact, now that Marios celebrates his birthday anniversary, perhaps for the first time in his life, he can safely plan not only his shared future with his companion, Despina but also his firm's. Nevertheless, as the overbearing and smug patriarch rests on his laurels, all of a sudden, a baleful raven attracted by Marios' hubris manifests, carrying an abstract, yet utterly inauspicious omen: without a single doubt, Marios will end up becoming everyone's laughing stock. Cruel, grim raven, please spare him, for sweet happiness fleets and man is blemished with imperfection.
