"On the 27th of August 2016, after a stroke, I became suddenly paraplegic. Nobody knew if I would walk again. On my first day in hospital, I felt compelled to make a film out of this tragic event. At the hospital, I met other paraplegic or tetraplegic patients also struggling, and this documentary tells the story of our daily battle against our spinal cord defects."
