"On the 27th of August 2016, after a stroke, I became suddenly paraplegic. Nobody knew if I would walk again. On my first day in hospital, I felt compelled to make a film out of this tragic event. At the hospital, I met other paraplegic or tetraplegic patients also struggling, and this documentary tells the story of our daily battle against our spinal cord defects." Throughout the film, the viewers laugh, cry, and experience disability at wheelchair level, with a message of hope.
