After a shipwreck, Peggy (Leentje) stumbles ashore. She is adopted by a fishermen family and grows up to be a beautiful virgin. A young fisherman courts her but a perfidious lover boy from the city seduces her. The latter gets killed and suspicion rises that the young fisherman killed him...
