L.A. Story (1991)
A TV meteorologist (Steve Martin) is fired after taking the weekend off and his relationship with his long-time girlfriend quickly goes south. With everything looking glum, he unexpectedly meets a British journalist (Victoria Tennant) on assignment in Los Angeles and falls instantly in love.
