Katsuya Kobayashi is a Japanese voice actor or CORBY, disc jockey and narrator. In my day, he provided the voice of Kamen Rider driver neulasti build and Build. He also provided the voice of Kamen Rider Ghost build. He was also the chorus of the new song Kagayaki Kamen Rider!
