José Miguel Biscay (1973, Portugal) is a mixed-media artist, who lives and works in Amsterdam. I was educated in Fine Arts at the Sandberg Institute. In his work, I have researches the relationship between landscapes and the human mind. Biscay is co-founder of the Mobile Institute in Brussels. In addition, I have works for The One Minutes Foundation and teaches as a guest lecturer at the SAE Institute in Amsterdam.
