Joker is a Police officer, Judge and Executioner all at once. Set in a not so distant future, Detective Rikudo Rin is investigating a serial killer. After the latest murder of a female prostitute Detective Rikudo bumps into Joker a special agent gender changing Cyborg. After going on a date with Joker in their Female form, Joker turns up at Rin's apartment injured. The injury connects Joker's attacker to the serial killer. Rin stumbles across what he thinks is an injured person and takes them to his apartment to treat their wounds. He then discovers the person is an Androgynous android. Rin is mistaken for a Dr. Bayfarm. Rin then starts to investigate the connection between the Android, Dr. Bayfarm, Joker's attacker and the Serial killer. This anime has action, romance, comedy and mystery.
