Twin brothers Jimmy and Timmi were separated as children after a tragic accident, leading Jimmy into a life of crime as a contract killer while Timmi grew up in an orphanage as a forklift driver. Years later, Jimmy tries to leave his past behind by opening a brothel, the Fast Fack House, with a friend he met in prison. Their success threatens a powerful rival madam, Lydia Rosenthal, who sends her gang, the Bonebreakers, after them. In a case of mistaken identity, Timmi is kidnapped, forcing the estranged brothers to reunite and confront Lydia's violent empire together.
