Jesper Langberg
Jesper Langberg is the son of actor Sigurd Langberg and actress Karna Løwenstein-Jensen (died 1992). He is the younger brother of actor Ebbe Langberg. Jesper Langberg was educated at The Royal Danish Theatre Elevskole 1962-1965, and received in 1968, his breakthrough as Guildenstern in "Rosenkranz and Guildenstern". He left The Royal Theatre in 1987 after more than 20 years and had since exposures in different scenes bl.a. Jørgen Blaksted the Tour, det Danske Teater, det Ny Teater, Folketeatret, Nørrebro Theatre and the Hippodrome. Through the years he has had a myriad of roles in both the theater as in the TV theatre and radio plays. Among his many teaterroller include : "Love without stockings", "Annie Get Your Gun", "The Stundesløse", "Mascarade", "A sparrow in the tranedans", "twelfth night," "Within the walls", "Adventures in fodrejsen", "Fruentimmerskolen", "Easter", "Genboerne", "witch-hunt", "The Miserly", "It came to pass in Riga", "Pinafore", and "Erasmus Montanus". On the TV reached Jesper Langberg out to the large audience, first and foremost, as Kristen Skjern in "Matador", since on the TV series "Cooperation" and "Domino". And in the 90s, radio theater, he appeared fol.a. in Klaus Rifbjergs "The dreaming house', and Erling jepsen's "On Sankt Hans". Jesper Langberg received in 2003 "for the Year Reumert" for best actor in Mammutteatrets setup of "the Party" and in 2009 the Lauritzen prize. In 1968 he received a Bodil for best actor in "How are they all," and even a Bodil in 1994 for best actor in a supporting role in "The neglected spring". Jesper Langberg has been married three times. He was for 17 years until 1980 married to actress Susanne Heinrich, eight years with his second wife Hanne Mørup and in 12 years with the actress Eva Jensen.
