Jean-Michel Jarre: The Concerts In China (1982)
Jean-Michel Jarre, a French composer and pioneer of electronic music was the first Western artist to be invited to perform in the People's Republic of China in 1981. The documentary consists of actual concert footage as well as insights into life and culture in the socialist country. Interviews and footage from the backstage tell an astonishing story about the exceptional quality of the tour at the time.
