Jean Martinelli
Son of the famous opera singer Germaine Martinelli, he has experienced success above all to the theatre, where he is a boarder, then a member of the Comédie-Française from 1930 to 1950, but also in tv drama. In the film, it is particularly apparent in the Hand at The collar of Alfred Hitchcock. He has also had the opportunity to do a lot of dubbing, lending his voice soft and serious to a good number of actors such as John Wayne, Gary Cooper, Burt Lancaster or Raymond Burr, but also of animation characters, among other things Shere Khan in the jungle Book. But it remained, especially in children, the voice of the famous Teddy in Good night little ones (in replacement of Georges Aubert). However, when he came out of the theatre, after having played a role in exhausting (by exempleCyrano in 1969), he did not appreciate when he was reminded of the secondary employment in light of his brilliant career. He was married to the actress Nadine Basile.
