Jacques Spiesser
After having followed courses at the Conservatoire, he began in the cinema in 1972, in Faustine and the beautiful summer, by Nina Companeez avecMuriel Catala. He has since toured with a number of filmmakers distinguished (Resnais, Losey, Annaud, Costa-Gavras, Boisset...), spreading its activities between mainstream films (The Slap) and directors and more discerning (Stavisky by Alain Resnais or I, Pierre Rivière, Christine Lipinska, A man who sleeps). In 2000, he made a delivery, noticed in After the reconciliation by Anne-Marie Mieville, Jean-Luc Godard. He also appears regularly on the boards, playing the greatest classics (including staged by Francis Huster) or the theatre's more contemporary. Alternating between film and television, he is known to the general public for her interpretation of Danglard, deputy commissioner Jean-Baptiste Adamsberg, in the adaptations, by Josée Dayan, the novels of Fred Vargas and the recurring role ducommissaire Magellan. Comedian demanding, he knows how to give relief to the characters apparently plain that reveal in them cracks, wounds, or deep secrets. Friend of Francis Huster, he was part of the compagnie Francis Huster. Thus, it has been able to see it at the theatre in royalede and with Francis Huster, in the company of Valérie Crunchant and Cristiana Reali, as well as in The Cid, directed by Francis Huster with Valentine Varela.
