In this charming homage to Woody Allen's 'Annie Hall' and 'Manhattan', Lola is a lovable, neurotic, and womanizing lesbian. After 30 years of playing the field, she meets the incomparable Hannah Henri: a dynamic femme who keeps everyone guessing as to what she'll say and do next. Hannah diagnoses Lola as afflicted with a "virgin heart," a heart that has never experienced the agony and ecstasy of being in love. Neither therapy nor threats from her close friends convince Lola to stay the course. But when Hannah breaks up with HER, she faces a reality she's never faced before. Her father wisely advices her, "There's no greater feeling than when a woman takes you as her own," and Lola reaches for the ultimate, winning back Hannah's love and stepping into the world of loving bliss. Presented in black and white.
