The film is dedicated to Sergei Pavlovich Korolev, whose name is associated with the first stage of space exploration. He started dreaming of sky in his youth, in the 1920s. Exactly then Sergei Korolev met aviation first time, studied the works of Zhukovsky and Tsiolkovsky, made a flight on the seaplane, developed his own glider - Iron will, an irresistible pursuit of the goal - the Korolev's character traits - determined the life path of the future Chief Designer.
