Frank Matter

Frank Matter is a Swiss filmmaker, writer, producer, cinematographer and reporter. He first worked as a reporter for various Swiss magazines and newspapers. In 1992 he got into filmmaking as an assitant director on Peter Aschwanden’s «Unzucht – Ermittlungen im Fall des Pädophilen H.». A year later he moved to Brooklyn, where he has been working for many years. Frank Matter has been involved in a large number of feature films, documentaries and art films. He is a member of the European Film Academy. Frank Matter is currently, 2017, working on the documentary "Parallel Lives" and the film "Eddie.
