El Achiq (2017)
Who killed El-Achiq, this hopeful of the Constantinian song, known to be a "smooth" man without history? The colonial authorities, through the prefecture and its agents, decide to conduct the investigation, and the National Liberation Front is the first suspect of the murder. We are in 1958, in a country at war, on the eve of De Gaulle's visit. The city of Constantine has just been struck by horrible news: that of the assassination of the musician Mohamed Salah Benmessebah.
