"Don't Talk to Strangers" was produced by the Fresno Police Department as an education short film in 1953 that intents to educate children to be aware of strangers. The film shows children that they should not talk to strangers, and never get into a strangers vehicle. The film shows a young girl who has goes missing from school, with another child who witnessed the missing girl getting a car.
