The diabolically brilliant doctor Dr. Knock from Karlsruhe takes over a rural doctor's practice in Bavaria. To achieve his goal of a lucrative sanatorium, he must overcome empty waiting rooms, empty coffers and gullible citizens. And so Dr. Knock intrigues ruthlessly.
