A possible reconstruction of urban design and the process of planning the construction of skyscrapers - the kind of building that dominates both administrative and residential areas of Seoul. The imaginary planning process depicted here offers a critical commentary on the overcrowded metropolitan neighborhoods and the harsh scenery obscured by skyscrapers, which have become a normal everyday space.
