Christian Vadim

Christian Vadim is the son of film director Roger Vadim and actress Catherine Deneuve. He was thus the half-brother of actress Chiara Mastroianni (daughter of Catherine Deneuve and Marcello Mastroianni), the half-brother of Nathalie Plémiannikov (daughter of Roger Vadim and Annette Stroyberg), the half-brother of Vanessa Plemiannikov (daughter of Roger Vadim and Jane Fonda) and the half-brother of Vania Plemiannikov (son of Roger Vadim and Catherine Schneider). In 1983, at the age of 20 years, he made his debut in interpreting a small role in the film Surprise Party of his father Roger Vadim. The following year Eric Rohmer commits to a secondary role in his film, the Nights of the full moon. He has a son, Igor Divetain, born September 18, 1987, with Hortense Divetain. In 1996, he married Caroline Bufalini, a stylist of 24 years, in the Cathedral of Saint-Lazare of Autun. In 1999, he played the young Bloch alongside her mother, Catherine Deneuve, in The Time regained by Raoul Ruizpour that he also plays in Combat of love in a dream in 2000, and on This day in 2003.
