Carlos Mario Aguirre
He was born in Medellín on September 21, 1951. He studied Literature at the University of Antioquia (1973 – 1985). During his training made courses and workshops with Ana Maria Pellegrín, Mirka Stratigoupoulos, Julien, Gabriel, Luis Bacalov, Jairo Cuesta, Jerzy Grotowsky, Danilo Tenorio, Hector Pissani, Enrique Buenaventura, Gregory Dark, Silvia Rollz, Consuelo Echeverry, Black Billy, Sir Crazy and Osvaldo Zubeldía, among others. Was a finalist of the National Contest of short Stories July you Live War, with the story "Atusingatesa pita came out to the market or how to I remain silent under the sun of my people."
