A drug fueled camping trip goes to hell when a militant killing machine stalks four teens through the wilderness, luring them toward an abandoned Army hospital. Haley and Mike become captives of The Patient, a perverse, medically enhanced soldier. Over the night, they learn the horrid details of a science experiment gone wrong, one stemming from the government's post World War II research. The brainwashed assassin fulfills his program as the teens fight for their lives. With the help of Mike's slacker brother John, the torture chamber is located. Using his knowledge of the base from his own past military experience, John must make a last-ditch effort to save his friends - or die trying.
