This time the trouble is with Snookums and the telephone, and his father has a real struggle to satisfy him. Snookums has a drum and father wants to telephone, but since Snookums believes in having a good time, and having a good time with him, at that present minute, means getting all the noise possible out of his drum; father has his troubles in trying to use the 'phone. The way father rushes around in order to figure out how he is going to keep baby pleased and still be able to use the 'phone gives ample opportunity for many, many laughs.
