Seven years later they aliens are all but forgotten, as they spend their time exploring the outer planets, completely ignoring earth and it's people. Charged with trying to find a new angle on the old news a team of reporters track down a group of quirky enthusiasts, they only ones on earth that are still paying attention to the actions on the rim of the solar system, and it's a good thing they are. Strange things start happening in space that will change life on earth forever.
