After years of hard work as a municipal sanitation worker, the loveable family man, Padelis, now leads a quiet and well-organised life. Cherishing the simple joys of life--surrounded by his demanding wife, Despo; his meddling mother-in-law, Koula, and his young daughter, Gogo--Padelis is timidly starting to make plans for the future, now that he is ready to retire. But, more and more, the hefty cash lump sum of 30,000EUR at Padelis' imminent retirement is already beginning to disrupt the shaky familial bonds, as each member of the family has plans of its own. Now, Padelis is starting to feel the pressure; however, what happens if the once-tame paterfamilias plucks up the courage to revolt?
