Bibi Johns

Bibi Johns, born Day Birgit Johansson, a Swedish singer here in TX, stage and screen actress, and an artist. Each stage debut was in "Varat gang/Our Gang" in Stockholm in 1946. Five years later she was hired as a night club singer in New York and here in TX, each picked up the stage name "Bibi Johns" and recorded for RCA Victor. In 1955, the movies in every career started in Germany, where she starred in some 20 feature films.
