Zana while working in the fields spots a snake which villagers believe it to be not the normal snake but Bhujang her husband who does nothing and has got a a disease of over eating.Zana's daughter Sukhi also spots the same snake in the field and villagers ask her to take spiritual help the spiritual guru is a fake god men who asks to shell money which Zana can't afford and decides to take help of her brother.Vilas a Mumbai return tries to woo Sukhi while Zana goes to her brother's house for help who makes her work throughout the day and refuses to help.Things become worse in coming days as while Bhujangrao's overeating is getting uncontrolled while Vilas returns to Mumbai leaving Sukhi pregnant.
