Stavros Ξενίδης (8 March 1923 - 2 November 2008) was a Greek actress of theatre, film and television. He was born in Istanbul on 8 March, 1923 and was married with the also actress, Margarita Lamprinou. He attended the Lycée high School and then studied acting at the Art Theatre of Carolos Koun and made his debut in the theater in 1944. Appeared in more than 70 films, almost always in more of a supporting character and usually on the side comic actors, with the first song of pain (1953) and the Office of ideas (1989). Stavros Ξενίδης linked the theatrical route with the Theatre of Kostas Mousouri with whom he worked and played for more than two decades (the '50s and '60s).
