An animated film with balloon texts, featuring the cartoon character Andy Gump. Andy is plagued by dogs everywhere: in the tram, on the street, and even at home. To his dismay, his wife has borrowed the neighbours' dog. She sends her husband out to get meat, but he is trampled by a pack of dogs that smell sausage.
