Andrey Frolov was born on 19 Oct 1909 in Moscow. In 1927 he graduated from the Leningrad technical school of performing arts, and in 1937 — the academic faculty of the directing Department Ghica. Director of mass performances in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Took off as a popular scientific and documentary films, was an artist in several films.
